Museum featuring the carriage

2:00 pm Gavin Robson, head
trainer
of Combined Driving Program. Two
time winner of the Australian National
Combined Driving Championships
3:00 pm Lindsay Clark, CAA Level
instructor and level 2 driver. Linsday
will talk about wedding preparation
and safety.
4:00 pm Bus departs for return
FRIDAY MARCH 2, 2012
10:00 am Bus will load to travel to Disney’s Tri-Circle D Ranch
11:00 am Tour of Disney stables and discussion of the operation of horse and stable operations.
12:30 pm Hayride
1:00 pm Board buses for return to Port Orleans.
Boxed lunches distributed

Evening Group to meet at designated EPCOT entrance to be escorted to our private dessert party and viewing of the illumination and fireworks show.
SATURDAY, MARCH 3, 2012
8:00 am - 9:00 am Buffet breakfast at Yacht & Beach Club Great Hall salons 1 and 11.
Please allow sufficient time to arrive.
9:00 am - 12:00 noon Annual Meeting of the Membership and marketing round robin.
12:00 noon - 3:00 pm Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors (normally held on Sunday morning) at Yacht & Beach Club Cape Cod Room B. (Attendees may sit in but not participate).
(Time) Annual Banquet
Our Annual Banquet will be held at the Fort Wilderness Pavilion. We will be having an old fashioned Beach Side Barbeque in a spacious covered pavilion. This is a casual foot stomping fun time for Disney fans of all ages. We will be dining on Mickey’s BBQ and dancing to the tunes of the Disney DJ.
